General information only
No two lawns or sports fields are the same. Location, grass species, climate and soil type vary from one site to the next.
Everything published on this website, including our lawn care guides and the answers on our lawn and turf FAQs page, is general, non-specific information intended as a guide only. Before you act on it, check it against your own situation, and use it as part of an ongoing maintenance program rather than as a one-off fix. If you want advice that fits your own lawn or field, book a free onsite check.
All Grass Solutions is not responsible for watering of any kind, or for any aftercare, unless this has been specifically arranged in advance and included in your contract with us. For that reason, we can never promise a particular result.
Exemption from liability and damages
All Grass Solutions makes no promises about, and accepts no liability for, how the information on this website is applied or interpreted.
Underground assets, services and infrastructure
We take due care when we work. Even so, All Grass Solutions takes no responsibility for rectification, repairs, loss of trade or other similar losses caused by damage to assets, services or infrastructure above or below the ground, or to the playing surface itself. This includes, but is not limited to, identified and unidentified assets, and assets belonging to the client or to government. All Grass Solutions works at the client’s risk at all times.
Our terms and conditions set out what customers need to tell us about pipes, easements, buried infrastructure and other obstacles on or below the ground before any work starts.
Your site plan and effects on the surface
We will give you a plan for your property or site. It is your responsibility to accept that plan, or to tell us if you would prefer a different course of action. All Grass Solutions will not be held liable if the surface suffers any adverse short-term or long-term effects as a result of our services.
